Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all major towns in Zambia including Lusaka, Kitwe, Ndola, Livingstone, Kabwe, Chipata, and more. Delivery times may vary for remote areas.

Packaging
All items are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Rackets are shipped in protective cases and fragile items are wrapped with additional padding.
