Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Tags and labels must be attached
• Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only

Non-Returnable Items

• Used rackets with visible signs of play
• Opened packs of padel balls
• Personalised or custom items
• Grip tape and overgrips once opened

How to Return

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number
2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorisation
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Drop off at the designated collection point or arrange a courier pickup

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For mobile money payments, refunds are sent directly to your registered number.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
